Who should be held Accountable?

So as you watch the video I have many questions. Obviously the snakes come and go. So during the listing period they could have been gone. The first owners just left and went bankrupt. The second family in the video did the same. What could be done in this case to protect the consumer? Is this a material defect? Who should be held accountable? Hard to say, would love to get your opinions on this one.

I've got to hand it to Ben to go into the crawl space. This is unbelievable. I'm leaving a comment, so I can follow what others have to say. I wonder if the couple had a home inspection?

The Bank is going to repair the issue or at least try. But it begs the question, is this a material defect of the property?

So now because of all the publicity...Chase has to be nice to the snakes. What an ironic twist.

Still interesting.  Does either of the previous families have re-course?
